On requisitions where you have several candidates to sort through, it can be helpful to remove some from the list so you can focus on others. Taleo offers several ways to do this.
Start from your Candidates list by clicking "Candidates."
Your list of candidates will appear in a list, sorted by requisition, with your available Filters on the left.
You can use your filters to sort which candidates you see, based on their Candidate, Submission, or Requisition statuses. So, for example, you can see that by default I have a filter active called "In Selection Process." This filter automatically hides candidates who are no longer in process, such as those who have withdrawn or been rejected. If I want to see these candidates for any reason, I can simply click the X next to the filter to remove it.
As you can see, you have many filters to choose from, each of which can help you see just who you want to see. We have a helpful table showing what each filter does here.
You can also review candidates from my requisition file. Go to your requisition and click the number of candidates to view them.
When you look at candidates from your requisition file, you have the option of narrowing candidates down by their Step and Status in the candidate selection workflow. Selecting a step will show only candidates who are currently there.
