Managing Email Notifications


If you work with the online freeze form frequently in your role, you may find it difficult to manage all of the automatic email notifications that are generated from the system. An easy way to keep them all in one place is to create a rule in Outlook.

It might also be helpful to view the email notifications by conversation. You could receive 2 or more emails about the same form. Viewing the emails by conversation will keep them grouped together.

When you're done reviewing or tracking a form, make sure you delete the email so you don't accidentally open it again when it no longer needs action. If you do open a form after reviewing it, the form will tell you that it's no longer waiting on your review.
