Resending Notifications or Changing Reviewers

 

To resend a notification email or change a reviewer, follow these steps:

1. Open the form using the link in the confirmation email you received after you first submitted the form. If you can't find your confirmation email, search for your form here.



2. Navigate to page 4 of the form where you identified the reviewers. You'll see a button next to the person who is currently assigned to review the form.
  • If you only need to resend the email to that person, click the resend button and confirm that you'd like to send them a notification. There's no need to save or resubmit the form.
  • If you need to change who that reviewer is, enter a new first and last name, click the Search button, select the new reviewer's listing in the search results box, and click OK. Then click the resend button to send an email to the new reviewer. You cannot change a reviewer who has already signed off on a form. You can only change the person you're waiting on, along with any upcoming reviewers.
After you click the resend button, there is no need to save or resubmit the form. Clicking the resend button sends a notification and saves the form.
